BrandCohere Designs was born out of real operational fatigue. Back when I was managing a virgin hair startup, balancing unreliable supplier logistics with constant marketing demands felt like an impossible tug-of-war. The marketing took over, and actual business operations suffered.
When I was operating my company, I found myself completely consumed by the endless cycle of content creation and supplier headaches. Marketing was taking up so much energy that high-level sales and strategy ended up on the back burner. I knew there had to be a better way to operate.
That frustration led me to my real obsession: systems, strategic marketing, and automated databases.
