  • Single-User Digital License: Every purchase of a digital spreadsheet, command center, or template suite grants the buyer a single-user, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal personal or business use only.

  • Strict Prohibition on Redistribution: You may not copy, share, re-license, sell, sub-license, host on shared drives, or distribute any proprietary asset or custom formula logic created by BrandCohere Designs.

  • Unauthorized Commercial Use: Extracting, reverse-engineering, or repackaging our proprietary spreadsheets or code to build competing digital templates or services is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate legal action, software access revocation, and financial damages claims.

  • Maximum Liability: Under no circumstances shall BrandCohere Designs be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product or service in dispute.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice and all interactions with BrandCohere Designs shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
