Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing BrandCohere Designs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy outlines how our digital templates, automated systems, custom service deliverables, and physical products (if applicable) are processed and delivered.

1. Instant Digital Product Delivery (Zero Shipping Fees)

All digital spreadsheets, template suites, and downloadable operational toolkits are delivered 100% electronically. There are zero shipping fees, customs charges, or physical delivery delays associated with these items.

• Immediate Access: Upon successful payment processing through Shopify or Beacons, you will receive an instant download link on your checkout confirmation page.

• Email Confirmation: A secondary download link and receipt will be dispatched immediately to the email address provided at checkout.

• File Formats & Access: Digital products are delivered via direct file download PDF, automated copy links (e.g., Google Sheets templates), or secure access portals.

• Missing Digital Deliveries: If you do not receive your access email within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam, junk, or promotional folders. If it is still missing, contact our support team at inquiry@brandcohere.ca with your order confirmation number, and access will be re-issued within 24 business hours.

2. Strategic Consultations & Done-For-You (DFY) Systems Setup

For custom backend architecture, Zapier automations, and Done-For-You service packages:

• No Physical Delivery Required: Services are delivered digitally through scheduled 1:1 consultation sessions, screen shares, and shared cloud resources.

• Implementation Timelines: Custom technical integrations (e.g., Shopify-to-Beacons syncs or Zoho database wiring) begin following your initial strategic consultation and once all required client credentials/API access have been provided. Standard setup timelines range from 3 to 7 business days, unless otherwise agreed upon in your custom scope of work.

3. Physical Goods & Add-On Shipping (If Applicable)

If you purchase physical products (such as printed workbooks, branded marketing materials, or physical toolkit add-ons), the following shipping terms apply:

A. Processing Times

• Orders for physical items are processed within 2 to 4 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays).

• Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends will begin processing on the following business day.

B. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination and package weight.

• Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. BrandCohere Designs is not responsible for courier delays caused by weather, peak holiday traffic, or customs processing.

4. Customs, Duties, & International Taxes

BrandCohere Designs is based in Ontario, Canada.

• International orders (including shipments to the United States) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country once a shipment reaches your jurisdiction.

• All additional customs duties, taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

5. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

• Please double-check your shipping address and email details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.

• If a physical package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from customs, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
